1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application ("Platform"), operated by Portfolio Rebels AB ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Use of the Platform

Our Platform provides a SaaS service for the fashion industry, including article content, a marketplace for purchasing non-tangible services using our credit system ("stars"), and features for uploading images to create portfolios and projects.

Browsing content is available without an account. Creating an account is free. Functionality like purchasing services and uploading content requires registration.

5. Stars and Payments

The Platform uses "stars" as credits to purchase services. Stars can be purchased via Stripe or other external payment providers. Monetary refunds or compensation for stars will only be considered after we have had a closer look. Refunds of stars may be handled within the credit system.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Spam or post unsolicited content
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Platform
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or pornographic material
• Engage in hate speech
• Abuse API access by sending massive requests, posting spam, probing services, or engaging in malicious or suspicious activities

We apply rate-limiting and reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse.

7. Content and License

You retain rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to display and use your content as necessary for operating the Platform. User ratings and comments are visible only to administrators.

8. Restriction on Competitive Use

You may not access or use the Platform for the purpose of developing, operating, or improving a product or service that is competitive with the Platform, including for benchmarking, reverse engineering, feature comparison, or competitive analysis.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

• Access the Platform to build a similar or competing product or service
• Copy, extract, or derive source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the Platform
• Use the Platform to evaluate its performance, functionality, or features for competitive purposes
• Permit any third party to do any of the foregoing

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of this section.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Users will be required to accept or decline the updated Terms through the Platform. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the new Terms.

11. Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to export your data at any time. Please use the contact details listed in Section 2 for data requests.

12. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including uptime guarantees. We disclaim all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
